“Risas at The Ralston” is a much-needed respite from the challenging stories our journalists cover every day. Let us unite in celebration, humor, and solidarity, fostering resilience and joy. For nearly 40 years, the organization has been committed to supporting the next generation of journalists who are driving change in media and communications.
The SAAHJ Scholarship and Awards Gala is one of the most anticipated events of the year, bringing together San Antonio’s media and communications professionals who use their voices to inspire action.
All proceeds from the gala support SAAHJ’s mission and the SAAHJ scholarship fund, which provides scholarships to college students from the San Antonio area who are pursuing careers in journalism and communications. During the celebration, SAAHJ will honor the scholarship recipients and present the Henry Guerra Lifetime Achievement Award, the Corazon de Oro and the Community Service Award.
