The San Antonio Express-News 2018 Fiesta Medals Contest yielded more than 400 entries that competed for ultimate bragging rights in 21 categories ranging from sports and medicine to politicos and business.
Winners will be announced Thursday and the medals will be up for sale on Friday in the second-floor newsroom of the San Antonio Express-News.
The sale begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m., or as soon as we sell out. The deals will beat the prices of Fiesta medals at the Fiesta Store, on Facebook and Pin Pandemonium.
Blind bundles of medals will be sold for $20 for five medals; $30 for 10 medals and $40 for $15 medals.
Cash or checks only. Make checks payable to SAAHJ.
All proceeds will benefit the San Antonio Association of Hispanic Journalists.
